Recently many customers contact us since they want to order a hair unit but don’t know where to start. This series is created which collect some classic questions that our customers asked us the most and aim to bring you more info and ideas about the whole custom process.
Customer:
I’m sorry for so many stupid questions but I want to customize a perfect system for
me, so that I can order the same one in the future.
What is more natural and popular shape? A or CC? I’m wearing A right now cause there were no other shape and I think about CC. I’m 26 years old and do you think it would be better? I’m wearing size 6×9 now and it’s OK, if i would change shape from A to CC the size will change also or only hairline contour?
Fenny:
CC contour is totally OK for you. And we will just change the contour shape instead of the base size. Here is the pic of different contour shapes.
Customer:
Tell me more about European hair. I’m Slavic person and do you think it would be better for me? I think that Indian hair are too thick for me. Are European hair thinner and more silky? And also are European hair being processed? Dyed for example? Or just natural.
Fenny:
Yes European hair is thinner and more silky than Indian hair. About it being processed, it depends on whether we have the original color you want. It will be dyed if necessary, which would still looks very natural.
Customer:
What type of knots are used to create custom system?
Fenny:
We use single knots to create a hair system. But we can totally follow your instructions.
Customer:
I’d like to send you my hair sample to match the colour. Could you please give me address for shipment? I have currently short hair, is short hair enough to establish the colour?
Fenny:
Yes please send your hair sample (together with the template if possible) to the address below. If you have short hair, please make sure it has at least 1.5 inches long and as much as the picture below.

Customer:
It is possible to get one empty base? It would help me to shave my head exactly in that shape.
Fenny:
Yes we can make a empty scalp for you. It will be shipped out together with your hair system.
Customer:
I don’t want low density on crown to be visible. I know it’s kinda natural looking but still want to avoid this. It is possible to avoid this look?
Fenny:
Yes we can added more hair to the crown area to avoid this look with no problem at all.
Customer:
What density would you recommend for someone my age? I know that density is very important so I would like to choose perfect density at the first time.
Fenny:
If you don’t want it too thick, 115% would be OK for your age. From your latest pic we thought 115% would be fine. If you have any questions please feel free to let me know.
